Public data and limitations

Facility ratings, inspection details, enforcement records, staffing measures, and quality measures can change when CMS or state agencies update their source files. We show source context where practical, but users should verify important decisions with CMS, state agencies, facilities, and qualified professionals.

No endorsement or affiliation

Caregos is not affiliated with CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, nursing homes, referral agencies, or placement services. Facility names, public records, and government references are used for identification and source explanation.

Advertising and editorial separation

Advertising may appear on the site. Ads do not determine which facilities are listed, how source records are summarized, or whether a correction is accepted. Sponsored or paid content, if ever introduced, must be labeled separately from editorial data pages.

Corrections

If a page appears outdated or inaccurate, send the page URL, facility name, and supporting public source through the contact page or corrections page. We may edit, clarify, or remove content when source evidence supports the change.
