About Caregos
Caregos is an independent public-data utility that makes CMS nursing home ratings, staffing, inspection findings, and enforcement records easier to read and compare.
What we publish
We organize public CMS nursing home data into facility profiles, location listings, comparison views, enforcement summaries, and plain-language guides. The current implementation imports public CMS Provider Data Catalog records for the active county view and labels each page with source context.
Editorial principles
We use neutral wording, source stamps, correction links, and methodology notes. Enforcement findings are described as official records, not as unsourced judgments about a facility.
Independence
Caregos does not sell nursing home placement, referral leads, or facility rankings. Monetization is planned through Google AdSense Auto Ads only after the site has enough public, useful, and source-based content.
